Morgan handles complex, often high-conflict family law matters, including:

Morgan is skilled at dissecting and distilling complex financial issues, as well as child custody and domestic violence issues. The nature of these matters requires an attorney to be a tactician. Morgan prioritizes balancing this reality with compassion for the very real circumstances of her clients.
Prior to joining Apex Family Law, Morgan focused her family law practice on the central and south coast of California, primarily in Santa Barbara, Ventura and Los Angeles Counties. Prior to her career in law, Morgan worked as a newspaper journalist in Santa Barbara. While working as a journalist, she became interested in the law and started attending law school at night. In law school, Morgan served as an intern for Hon. Brian Hill in the Santa Barbara Superior Court. She graduated as the valedictorian of her law school class.
In her free time, Morgan can often be found in the gym or on her patio enjoying the many hummingbirds which are native to Santa Barbara.
