Grace an associate attorney at Apex Family Law and is a dedicated advocate for clients across family and probate matters. She began her legal career at Apex as a law clerk. and brings a deep commitment to children’s rights and family stability.
Grace has interned at several Bay Area Organizations, including the Contra Costa Public Defender’s Office, Public Advocates, Inc., Bay Area Legal Aid, Disability Rights California, and East Bay Community Law Center Through this work, she is focused on creating stability for families and advocating for the rights and well-being of children. This focus her continues to shape her approach to family law, making her a compassionate and determined advocate for her clients.
Grace has experience in matters including:
- Dissolution of marriage
- Parenting plans and custody matters
- Child and spousal support
- Division and characterization of property and income
- Petitions for probate
Grace’s approach to family law is holistic, recognizing that legal issues are often intertwined with emotional and financial concerns. She tailors her strategy wo each client’s needs, with a focus on clear communication, thorough legal research, and resolute representation.
In her spare time, Grace enjoys outdoor activities with her family and friends. On the weekends, she typically explores the trails of the Marin Headlands or polar plunges in the Pacific Ocean. Closer to home, Grace enjoys playing with her dog, Cowboy, at the dog park.
