Kodie believes the best advocacy comes from communicating clients’ unique stories and authentically capturing their perspectives. Kodie began their legal career at non-profits including California Rural Legal Assistance and Legal Access Alameda, where they discovered their passion for family law. They have experience with:
- Resolution of child custody and visitation issues
- Determination of child and spousal support
- Dissolution of marriage
- Premarital and post-marital agreements
Kodie approaches their practice with diligence, collaboration, and compassion. Kodie appreciates the stress and uncertainty that is often present in family law, and prioritizes kindness and clarity when working with clients.
Kodie loves live music and can often be found lining up hours early to see their favorite artists. On the weekends, they play chess, draw, and catch up on reading for their book club.
